Radius authentication

For a while we had a radius authentication module in the bugtracker, but no one showed much interest, so the developer lost interest. It connected to the freeradius platform.

We were interested in such a module but never knew it existed even in the bugtracker!
Perhaps it needed more publicity. Also, if it needed patching the main code of Asterisk, this would not be easy for novice Linux users, and they would probably shy away from trying it.
Since at least part of the code is there, why not put it as a standard Asterisk module from now on, like for ex. RADIUS CDRs.
The user could decide whether he/she need to compile & use the module or not…
