Add app support to background and speechbackground

The background and speechbackground APIs currently support only a sound filename. In order to support text to speech voice prompts (using something like app_swift) I’d like both background and speechbackground to be extended to be able to take an application instead of just a sound file. That would allow a text to speech voice prompt to be interrupted just like any other prerecorded prompt.
